Payments Industry

We provided management consulting for a Series A round.

We worked with a company in the payments industry that brought their founder great success over eleven years. The company had recently created a new product, tested it in market-trial, and identified pent-up demand as well as the potential for explosive sales. But they lacked the growth capital to bring it to market. After several attempts to raise capital they approached Avolusis for a leadership solution.

We created a strategy to become the leading low-cost acquirer of high-loyalty customers. We created a compelling plan that transformed our client’s capabilities and disruptive new product using a framework that promised a paradigm-shift. And we built the entire investor presentation – including a comprehensive and highly detailed financial model, a comprehensive business plan, and compelling presentation deck.

The result: our client gained the support and substantial investment of time and resources from a boutique investment bank that was ready to approach over one hundred prospective investors including family offices, high net worth individuals, and institutions. Our client also gained the support of a hedge-fund manager who offered critical introductions to industry leading, first-tier companies in the credit/debit card industry. While fleshing out the management bench, our client attracted the interest of a high-level executive at a top-tier credit/debit card transaction processor who noted that Avolusis had done “solid work” in preparing our client for market. And perhaps most importantly, our client gained a revitalized hope of expanding the company to achieve their vision.

Prior to meeting Avolusis, our client had been advised that there was almost no chance of raising significant money. We turned that around.

Avolusis, LLC is not registered as a broker or dealer with the SEC or NASD. Avolusis does not provide investment advice to our clients and you should consult investment, accounting, legal and other professional advisors prior to making any investment.
